Fun Q&As

  • I have a twin sister, two younger brothers, and a younger sister!

  • The great state of Texas!

  • Obviously English :P, but am also fluent in Spanish, and know a bit of Korean :)

  • Hmmm… that’s a hard one. I LOVE the color white because its so clean and pure. I also love wearing it :) A close favorite would be yellow as well, in case you hadn’t notice :D.

  • I couldn’t tell you… haha… I LOVE music! I listen to a lot of different genres of music, from pop, k-pop, traditional Mexican, Latino, classical, and the list goes on and on.

  • That’s a hard one, too! I can name a couple of favorite series :)

    The Noble Knights Series by Jody Hedlund

    The Hagenheim Series by Melanie Dickerson (my favorite book in that series is The Healer’s Apprentice!)

  • I am not sure, there are so many places I have been to, which I’ve loved! But, if I could choose two places it would be the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament and a cozy room with books, snacks, and blankets :)

  • Inside the US, I’ve been to Florida, Colorado, Pennsylvania, New York, Wisconsin, Washington DC, Virginia, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Ohio, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.

    Outside of the US, I’ve been to Mexico (Mexico City, Jalisco, Oaxaca, Puerto and Nuevo Vallarta), Argentina, Costa Rica, and Panama.

Why is that important?

I have learned many, and I mean MANY, things the hard way: by trying to do them myself.

I have put my own selfish wants and desires above the people I love. I have tried to survive on my own and make my own decisions. But you see, I am human.

I have failed. By putting myself first, I realized I was so unhappy. It wasn’t until I started reaching out to God that I realized that doing His Will made me happy.

I am not telling you this to be cheesy or to please you. But, if you would like to know a little bit more about my story and why my faith, primarily God, is so important to me, then click here.

A Love of Books …

From a very young age, I have absolutely loved stories!

My mom would read me story books or autobiographies before going to bed. It was such a simple but beautiful thing and it inspired me to continue reading.

As I grew up, I realized that it wasn’t just stories that I liked to read, but romances and happily-ever-afters. They inspired me to believe that true love did exist out there.

And then one day… I decided to write my own :)

A Love of Others…

If you know me, you probably know that I can be a quiet and shy person.

But if you have gotten to know me even more, you know that I care about people a lot.

So much so, that it is probably one of my biggest weaknesses, but I have learned so much from it and am thankful that God has gifted me with a compassionate heart.

It’s why I’m here today and why I’m doing this work!
